Shopify - Upset/Payment Providers
I am very upset with shopify. They removed me from their payment gateway during the height of my sales and I had no idea until customers messaged me that they could not pay for any items.
Shopify emailed me on the removal 3 days later. So I went with PayPal Payments Pro under shopify so that customers can still pay with a card on their site. I accidently removed it and had no way of adding it back! I called Shopify and they told me they removed it a long time ago but let it stayed under accounts that were still using it unless it was removed.
I am furious, I had no idea about the removal of this payment system. An email notice would have been nice. I would have never removed it or would have looked for a different payment provider a long time ago. I hate Shopify.
Now I am left with no payment provider unless I want to pay extra money for it and also it sucks using Shopify since they charge transactions fee like their amazon or ebay. I am going to find a different website provider wants my subscription is up!!!!.
Your transactions fees was a major downside for me, but I only stayed due to your payment providers. Now I can't use any of the payment providers I want, I'm leaving!!!!!!!!!!!!
