After placing my order on the 5th December and not receiving any shipping details for over a week, once I received these details I started tracking the items, my parcels then "apparently" sat in Sydney for weeks. After emailing several Times to the supplier they eventually replied with its on its way.
Well let's hope so! I finally received my items and was very disappointed in what I had received for my $270 one of the dresses was nothing like the photo. The other dresses were of poor quality. I have now been contacting the shop to get a return address from them so I can return these dresses.
The have ignored at least a dozen emails from me. Their return policy is 14 days after the fact they have been ignoring my emails for at least 4-5 days it doesn't leave me much time to return these items considering they have to be returned to somewhere in the UK and I'm in Australia.
Very mad and annoyed at this company. Their customer service is one of the worst I've ever come across.
