I have signed up with Shopify on Feb 25 2017, once I have added my credit card, my account was immediately suspended. No warning, no limitations, account was disabled and shop was taken off.

I contacted support, only to have been told there was no issue on their side a and the "accounts department" needs to look into it. 24 hours later the shop was back up. No real explanation was provided. I have worked on my shop for about 2 weeks and once I have paid for traffic, my shop was taken down again.

I have to say, the traffic is legit and even endorsed by Shopify.

The LiveChat support Ronan, was not helpful at all, no sense of urgency, absolutely unwilling to assist, passing the back on accounts department, who are extremely busy, so maybe I might get response tonight or .... maybe never.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Shopify Cons: Shop taken down twice for no reason.

You're mistake was not running a scam site and try to make a honest living unlike https://in-pressshop.com who keeps being given new names by Shopify to trade under so that they can continue to rip people off.

it's a money laundering operation of the last resorts and unless you are up to no good then they don't want you as a customer

Their mistake was probably trying to sell something Shopify considers high risk. Notice how they didn't say what they were selling and where did they get the traffic from.

I'm betting it was a cheap China junk drop ship site featuring mess that creates complaints that we see here now. Did you post your normal shipping times so the customer knows it could take weeks to get their @#$#?
