Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy
0 comments and are the same seller. He invoiced me from dvexart account first but something went wrong so he refunded my payment.

Then, claimed he couldn't invoice me again so he used vinequest account to invoice me. I paid with my VISA debit card. He never sent the item I paid for. I disputed the charge with my credit union, filed complaints with and the Federal Trade Commission but I can't get any help either getting the item or my money back.

Seems criminals have all the rights under the law while the victims have absolutely none...unless they are rich and can hire an attorney to subpoena the companies for account holder's name and address. This was Shopify's response to my complaint (please note the use of "Cheers" in the closing: Hey Deborah, Kathia here with Shopify Support. Thanks for reaching out! You are contacting an e-commerce platform for thousands of websites all over the word.

We would not be able to look up this order unfortunately but I would suggest if you have already contacted the company regarding this order and have still not received the products after they promised it was shipped; I would suggest going to your Credit Card company for your refund options. They would then be able to let you know what the next steps will be as they can do their own investigation as well. Hope this helps. :) Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
