I ordered Blissful Dentures, order number DHAW1890. Now, when I try to track the order, the webpage doesn't work.
I want what I paid for. I will contact anybody and everybody that I have to, including whoever I have to in the other countries your offices are out of. I will also take it to social media to find out if the people that have had fraudulent experiences with Shopify would like to join a class-action lawsuit that I will start. You, as a company, are knowingly ripping people off.
I can guarantee that I will be a thorn in your side. I want what I paid for, not broken goods.
Don't underestimate the little person. Shopify is allowing businesses to do business through them knowing that they are ripping people off

No communication with the consumer
I have 3 orders with them and the 1st one is about my 3 months ago and I still don't have my merchandise the second one is about a month ago and I haven't received that order either the 3rd order and is about 2 months ago and I have not received my order yet they keep saying that my order is being prepared for shipping or is marked as economy whatever that's supposed to mean I haven't received a tracking number for neither order yet and I can't get through to there email address because the website or url can't be found SO IM PISSED and FRUSTRATED and my first order that they sent me without a tracking number so that I could not track my order was stolen from my mailbox because they said that they delivered it to my house but I never received

I ordered a product from Shopify and am waiting for the delivery. After 10 days of ordering, I did not receive the order nor was I able to trace the order from the Shopify website.
NOTE: PLEASE SEE THE SCREENSHOT ATTACHED TO UNDERSTAND THE ALL STORY BEHIND THE DELIVERY.
The OTP was not sent to my registered email, preventing me from tracing the delivery.
Please note, you can understand the entire story by checking the attached image. It seems a major loophole exists in my order's delivery process, which prevents me from tracing the product.
I've had a very poor and unlawful experience. All advice for solutions is welcomed.

Return of an unopened product
I need to return 4 jars of Bee Cream. Upon using some earlier from a friend, it caused burning of my face.
Tried it several times with Dane results. Did not open it. Need a refund.
Tried to cancel before it was sent and did not have any success. Refund please.

It s crazy that you cannot connect to a human. There is no telefone
service anymore, and whatever you type, the bot does not connect
you to anybody.
I am having issues with the reactivation of my website
and there is no one to help me. I am really disappointed by the customer support.

The packing box was just packed from outside. When I opened the box, there was nothing in the packing box; it was empty.

Verified ReviewerDispute over transactions made through Shopify store front
Shopify had an auto-bot response built-in for this and told me to go through their support chat app and team, which didn't help me in addressing my situation. Since the transactions were made through the shop store application and Sam's Club Online, they told me through a representative.
We are unable to stop the transactions that were made on this account; however, we have deleted the account and flagged the delivery location. Please contact your bank, since most of those transactions were for digital gift cards.

User's recommendation: Immediately contact your bank or PayPal and get the issue resolved if you can catch suspicious activity right then and there unfortunately for me I’m going to need to go through other channels to get my refund back.

Verified ReviewerFraudulent charges on my credit card
There are charges on my card that were not authorized and are not being reversed by my credit card company. There is no phone number of any kind for any person for this company.
I have never seen such blatant disregard for a customer. I have reported all this to the CFPB and the BBB.
This is the worst case of fraud I have ever faced. If you ever do get a live person somehow for Shopify, go play the lottery, and look out for lightning.

- Cannot talk to a live person
- Fraudulent practices are used in every facet of their supposed business
- There is no phone number of any kind anywhere online
