I bought Nike rainbow shoes and a Nike rainbow backpack through this purple shop app. Through Shop Pay on September 29.
Then last night it said my package was delivered in MD; I live in KY. This was the only shop on this app I've had a problem with. There were no email confirmations anywhere for me to get a hold of anyone; the email they have used is invalid.
I am beyond upset; I spent $170.59. I need my money back.

An nothing no response nothing like its a fake account or app. They just take your money. Because now its a totally different company name then from my purchase
Please just read my other email and give me my refund. This is ridiculous, all the trouble I have to go through to even get ahold of someone.

I order a package they send me recipt but no tracking number or conformation number I've contacted everyone I was told to the merchant it's wed site not available my bank they can't do nothing cuz order was complete I've contacted shop stop shopfly all I got was a order #1006 my email terrisaldana39@***.com and my other email terrifairy6@***.com they can't find nothing but I send them the recipt

This platform is the catalyst for the fraudulent companies from China. They say they send your items thru 17trak which is also fraudulent and just steal Americans money. I have reached out to my congressman and since you steal from consumers thru the usps you will be charged and indicted.

Total scam! Three orders not fulfilled.
Reported to their CS and they gave me a ridiculous list of tasks and offered zero help. They obviously do not screen their vendors so anyone who wishes to ripoff their customers is free to do so.
Just read the reviews, I'm far from the only one with such claims. A class action would be nice

I recieved an item from whale company in china and the logistics company delivered it they just left on the side when I saw from my camera at door he just left it and left when I went to get it he was gone I noticed it was humid and was hoping my product wasnt damaged the box inside just fell apart and the bag that protected the item was also wet mind u it suppose to smell like cherry it smelled like a wet dirty rag I made the videos the same day I received it and sent both videos to the buisness he just gives me the runaround and says its logistics but who hired them if its not the company. So I need this resolved its been a month of bickering with the company with no resolution.

This is the letter I sent to Shopify:
Subject: Urgent Order Discrepancy Immediate Resolution Required
Dear Printify Support,
I am reaching out regarding a very serious issue with multiple orders placed through my store. These orders were created weeks ago for a funeral, and the delivery of these items was time-sensitive.
Unfortunately, half of my customers either did not receive their orders on time or have not received them at all.
Your system continues to show the status as in route or out for delivery, but these orders have been stuck in that state for over a week with no actual delivery taking place. This is unacceptable and has caused significant frustration for my customers. I have already submitted refund requests, yet no refunds have been issued.
This situation has directly impacted my business reputation and my customers' trust, and I need answers and resolutions immediately. Specifically:
1.
Why have these orders been stuck in transit without delivery updates?
2. When can I expect full refunds for the missing or undelivered orders?
3. What will Printify do to prevent this from happening again?
I need urgent confirmation and action on this matter.
Please escalate this issue to the highest level of support and provide me with a clear timeline for refunds and resolution.

I can not get my question answered. And you have ham strung me to order from stores I want merchandise from the 2025 holiday season.
When I try to change my billing address your site says I CAN NOT DO IT. Then I am denied my order. You are losing money. And I am so frustrated I want scream.

I bought a {{Redacted}} prevention hoodie to raise awareness as I tried myself over a year ago, I bought it got the email confirming my purchase . When you go on link tracking delivery its says theres a problem 404.
No hoodie I am disgusted people choose that item to rip people off . Its a shopify store but they take no responsibility.

Lucky Fours watches offered a two for one. I picked the two watches I wanted, and they sent me a receipt for $101.67!
I received the two watches, and when I get my credit card bill, I have been charged $135.85 for one watch and $142.42 for the other! How does the receipt I got for $101.67 turn into a credit card charge for $278.27?
