This Limuva company has scammed me out of money for a product and signed me up for a subscription that I did not authorize, and they're constantly taking money out of my account. I've asked them to stop, and they have not stopped.
They can't give me a name or anyone to speak with.
They are not doing absolutely anything, and it is very frustrating. I am reporting that business, and it will be Shopify and Shop and a few to the Better Business Bureau.

They stole my money and I don't even have anything to do with shopify. yet they just took my money out of my bank account without any permission or authorization for them to take anything

My money was taken from my bank account without my authorization or knowledge of it, but they're claiming I have bought something I have not. I don't even use Shopify at all.
The only thing I even know about Shopify is my wife talked me into downloading it a long, long, long time ago, and I never used it. So I uninstalled it and cleared all its data and cache. Then I'm now checking my balance on my bank account, and I see that almost $100 is taken from my bank account. I'm pissed!
So I look up Shopify customer service representatives and try to get my issue taken care of and resolved, but instead, they are trying to get me to pay for something to be able to speak with someone that supposedly will help me with my issue and getting my money back. It's just wrong, Shopify stealing my hard-earned money! I remembered when Hardee's was not going to pay my wife for the hours she'd already worked, and y'all took care of it, making them pay her at least one of her paychecks years ago.
So that's why I am contacting Pissed Consumers because I know y'all will get my issue taken care of some way, somehow. Thank you, Pissed Consumers!

My email is being used and I don't allow it to be used differnt name and out of state

Someone is using my email address to order stuff when it's not me at all. And this is the second time they have done it. I don't know if they are using a stolen card or what, but they are using my email address without my permission.

Unethical practices! It's been over a month and I still haven't received my package. If you have a problem with your order you can forget about getting in touch with anyone from this company
Still no order and no refund. As of 8/19/2026. I placed the order on 7/32/2026.
I purchased shoes for my son on 7/31/26, Order #1132, and I still have not received them. I went to the app to track them again, and the order is missing completely from my purchase history.
The tracking number and link to the store that I bought them from no longer work. I'm beyond pissed off over this.

This is regarding order# 3306, Valors-US.
They have shipped me wrong product, I have contacted them, they have accepted their mistake.
But they are no refunding $70.99 that my credit card was charged on 07/16/2026.
They are offering 10 to 15 percent discount on wrong product and they are asking me to sell the product to cover my loss.
This is wrong and not good business practice and I would like to file formal complaint and also receive my money back.

I called the number provided; however, it was a recording informing me to go online to Shopify and fill out a complaint form. The call was a waste of time. It's a shame that Shopify does not have a way to ensure customers who use their app do not get scammed.

Why would you download it? There is a yearly subscription charge.
I'm sure you paid this once and now it auto'-renewed. That help you say there is a charge for? That's not Shopify. You have adware on your computer trying to sell you ANOTHER subscription.
And I'm sure you're close to stroking out to respond how wrong I am.
But consider this. If I am wrong then your situation is worse, because you either A, don't remember giving Shopify your banking information or B, a hacker stole your banking information.
