I opened a store on Shopify and received my first payment from a customer. However, they stopped me from being able to log into my store.

Or Access the money from my customer that was paid through Shopify. When I contacted customer service, they escalated my case because they didn't know why I couldn't log into my store. They said the escalation team would get back to me within 48 hours, but it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard a word from them.

I have messaged several other times, and the same thing happens: the escalation team will get back to me. They won't allow me to have my money or refund it to my customer so they can pay me another way.

I've tried to resolve you ridiculous extortion and you folks just can't get it right. Cease and desist.

Trying to charge me for yet a third store I never put in use. Have deactivated all that you said I have and still the saga goes on.

Robbers get jail time. I'm still trying to figure out who let's you get away with it

User's recommendation: Beware. Watch the dates and how soon they charged your bank. They say just deactivate your store I tried changing the name of the site and by the time they were done they told me I opened , it's up to four stores now. They will keep attacking you on your bank account ruthlessly. Note the timelines in the dates they charged me for my first trial after three days.

I really don't know how to feel about Shop.com. They're really good at shipping your packages, but they partner with so many third-party companies.

When that company scams you and you can't get any information from them, then I have to look at Shop, their partner. I was scammed by this third-party app that Shop affiliates with.

I ordered a product from Shopify and am waiting for the delivery. After 10 days of ordering, I did not receive the order nor was I able to trace the order from the Shopify website.

NOTE: PLEASE SEE THE SCREENSHOT ATTACHED TO UNDERSTAND THE ALL STORY BEHIND THE DELIVERY.

The OTP was not sent to my registered email, preventing me from tracing the delivery.

Please note, you can understand the entire story by checking the attached image. It seems a major loophole exists in my order's delivery process, which prevents me from tracing the product.

I've had a very poor and unlawful experience. All advice for solutions is welcomed.

I went to pay for a set of T-fal pots. Found out I was charged by VeeHome Decor for 28.12, then on the same day, another charge for SnazzyHomeDecor for 42.17.

Both are from West Jordan, USA. These Shopify stores are fronts for rip-offs. I am taking this as far as I can. Never Financial is investigating it as well.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I got no product, so I want my funds returned.

Have a phone to talk to someone on phone and get techs to fix the problem s with soft wear. I took three days to put information in your web site and all my pictures got lost.

I had over 500 pictures. Only 60 were there. And who changes soft wear in the middle of someone work on the web page?

Why can you find better program so people do not lose all that time putting on the net. Wow wee and I am new never seen this before.

By starting the refund process, I was scammed last month on the TikTok shop. TikTok wouldn't resolve the issue or attempt to retrieve the money that the scammers took.

I have proof that the goods were not sent because the TikTok shop cancelled the order due to the merchant not sending the goods. You can see from the photos that I uploaded, they were never sent to me because the merchant never dispatched them.

So, automatically, the TikTok shop cancelled it. I never received my refund and they have no intention of resolving this transaction.

Shopify has implemented a draconian "customer service" policy. You cannot reach any decision-maker or person with authority to resolve issues now.

Shopify used to be known for excellent customer service, no more.

There no way to reach a representative if one is locked out of their account it totally UNACCEPTABLE.

One MUST log in to reach any customer service options - being locked out one cannot reach ANYONE! Shopify must have hired META executives as their so-called system is just like Meta's.

It is now DAY 10 that both my stores are unaccessible for me to do business.
