Trying not helpful at all

What they're advising is greyed out, so I can't select it. I need an actual human. Not a machine. AI is great sometimes, but we still need the decisiveness of a human.
It's very frustrating when you need an actual person, but you can't reach an actual person to get help. Very disappointing.

I have contacted the company numerous times via the phone number they gave which is only Voicemail if you cannot talk to a human, and the email. They refuse to give me a refund, even though I wanted to stop the shipment from China (even though they said the product was from the United States) before it was shipped.They refused to stop the shipment and return my money.This I believe is fraud and a fake product.
No one answered my phone call. The phone call was disconnected after about a minute and a half.
I have tried numerous times to leave a voicemail with Shiftslim & Drepard Store at 1- (98*) ***-**** and no one has called me back. And I've also left numerous emails.
A money-back guarantee if on the site you're not satisfied - I'm not satisfied! I want my money back.

I bought Nike rainbow shoes and a Nike rainbow backpack through this purple shop app. Through Shop Pay on September 29.
Then last night it said my package was delivered in MD; I live in KY. This was the only shop on this app I've had a problem with. There were no email confirmations anywhere for me to get a hold of anyone; the email they have used is invalid.
I am beyond upset; I spent $170.59. I need my money back.

Thankfully, I have changed cards since I decided to try the trial. The trial definitely did not say I would be billed $39 a month, or I never would have tried it.
So they are an extremely deceptive company who keeps trying to bill me with an old card that has been canceled. I tried to contact them to let them know. I never signed up and I'm not interested in having an account anyway. Of course, they don't respond.
Also, because I was so busy at the time, I never said anything up on their website anyway. Definitely stay away from this company.
