Shopify - Item not received
i had ordered for magnetic iphone cable through facebook ad and got linked to shopify for order.I used my credit card for fulfilling the payment and amount of $14.95 was charged.
this amount was converted in INR. Order was placed on 6th jan, 2017 but have not received any confirmation email yet. My order number is #cable23787. I have not yet received my order nor been able to track them.
the address mentioned for the order is for Shimla, India and email id provided for the order is email@example.com. Please check the uploaded picture for more information and confirmation of my placed order.
I would request you to please advise on the status of the order and refund the amount if it cannot be delivered.you may contact me on my email id firstname.lastname@example.org
