Shopify - Did not receive my merchandise
I ordered merchandise from a shopify shop.I received an order confirmation and a promise that I would get a tracking number and that I would receive my merchandise within 2-5 days.
It's Been almost 2 weeks and I have received neither. I called shopify and asked for help. They told me they couldn't help me. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THRU SHOPIFY.
You will get screwed as I did. I gave them my credit card number so I have cancelled my card. The "so called" web site had nothing that would allow me to contact the seller so I had to call Shopify and again, they said TOO BAD SO SAD.
