I was scammed by one of your vendors

Horrible.. They gave me the nonworking links and would not allow me to speak with a person.

Been over a month and have still not had one bit of assistance regarding a fraud merchant,
Never again!!

Will I use the Shopify portal to purchase anything. PayPal will assist in every way possible & protect the consumer

From jump I started to see things going south when I started working with tic tick tock shop when I was making sales and then my purchases weren't getting to the customers via the warehouse issues in China. Then I started seeing people asking for their money back so all the money I did make from those sales I never received because they went back to customer returns and when I did my own return for my store I received the return the day asked for it back and then we went back and forth for four and a half months in regards to the 4629 that they say I owed them I tried several times from my bank to give them their money back so that I could receive my customer payments but due to the Shopify Visa card which is the balance card I was unable to because my account was frozen they turn turn around and said that my account was fine that I could send the money that my account bounced again then they started sending me outrageous subscription fee balances like $433 when it was supposed to be $39.99 and then another one of my other store which is supposed to be in 46 29 day wanted to send me a bill for 205.97 which does not add up so either their robot the AI part of their system is not working correctly or the person that is doing the bills system doesn't know how to count.

Going to end up out of business due to zero customer service. Pay a monthly fee for a store account and this company won't spend on a telephone to assist customers with any issues.

A chat robot is the first thing you get then wait for a human, then the site or chat box keeps disconnecting. That is a poor business model and if you keep it up, eventually your business will flounder because of word of mouth.

I purchased a subscription from a company that stated they'd set up my online Shopify store within 24 hours. However, after purchasing the subscription, I realized that that wasn't so.

I was tasked with setting up everything myself, which I had no clue how to do. At that point, I decided to cancel my subscription, but it was difficult to do so. For Shopify to be such a huge company, it is poorly managed. For starters, I couldn't deactivate my store and they keep making attempts to charge the card I have listed on file.

What happened was, they wouldn't allow me to deactivate my account so I could go into another bill cycle resulting in another payment billed to my account. On top of that, it is impossible to reach a live person. I was directed to the same robot on two separate occasions which mirrored each other in conversation.

All in all, it was a dead end. A waste of time contacting customer service.
