I sent them the customers chargeback claim being closed via an official letter from CHASE BANK to the customer AND they keep saying they don't see anything and won't contact them

EVERY THING is over *** chat. there is NO phone support UNLESS you pay for the premium shopify service.

I have messaged them and spent hours chatting to no *** avail.

They say they don't have the money, Chase doesn't have the money. SO HAS MY *** MONEY you lethargic lazy incompentent non contributing zeros

I will have no choice but to deal with a bank dispute case now as I am out $$$. Shopify claims to have good customer service but in my experience, that service DOES NOT EXIST!! Shopify needs to have LIVE people answer phones & resolving purchase issues.

I have not received my orders. It has been 2 weeks going on 3 weeks

No one never called me back. I never received a phone number to Shopify.

One order went out yesterday and still waiting on the second order. 2 weeks nothing.

Ok granted it is the holidays but wow. No response at all

They will keep billing you even though they couldn’t verify my ID for months. I sent over 200 emails for over 3 months. Then when I finally stopped paying they sent an email saying my account couldn’t be verified and now it’s closed. No one fixed my issue after 3 months but Shopify constantly took my money.
