I sent them the customers chargeback claim being closed via an official letter from CHASE BANK to the customer AND they keep saying they don't see anything and won't contact them

EVERY THING is over *** chat. there is NO phone support UNLESS you pay for the premium shopify service.

I have messaged them and spent hours chatting to no *** avail.

They say they don't have the money, Chase doesn't have the money. SO HAS MY *** MONEY you lethargic lazy incompentent non contributing zeros

They only offer customer support for their vendors who have an account with them. In order to even get to AI customer support, you have to open a paid account. They do not appear to offer support for customers of their vendors. I was trying to cancel a subscription with one of their vendors and they were unresponsive. I thought Shopify might be able to intercede, but that was not the case. I used to feel that if a vendor with which I was unfamiliar was supported by Shopify, that added some legitimacy to them. I see now that is not the case. I ultimately had to cancel my debit card so the charge would not go through. It was only then that I received an email from the vendor saying that my subscription had been cancelled.
It is sad that companies are now operating under a business model of acquiring customers' credit/cards for recurring charges with the promise that the subscriptions can easily be cancelled at any time. Only for the customer to find out that when that time comes, they will not be able to reach the vendor.

They will keep billing you even though they couldn’t verify my ID for months. I sent over 200 emails for over 3 months. Then when I finally stopped paying they sent an email saying my account couldn’t be verified and now it’s closed. No one fixed my issue after 3 months but Shopify constantly took my money.
