I used their customer service help line which was circular. It kept redirecting me to the beginning of my query on who to speak with.

I also contacted their chat module, which was also circular. I also googled for a customer service phone number.

There is not one. I have all emails and replies.Seeking reimbursement for $170.44 from 11/23-2/24
