This is the latest lame excuse after 10 days, and I still have no access to my stores! Shopify Customer Service Agent: 'I've been in touch with our internal team, and they've confirmed that they received your documents for the removal of 2FA.

They are currently addressing your request and are working diligently to resolve this issue promptly. The best I can do here is go ahead and raise the priority for this so that the team gets back to you at the earliest.

Ive been trying to get into my store thats showing another store that doesnt belong to me. My payments are up to date but still I cant get access to it.

I tried for 2 hrs yesterday to access it Im still trying to access it today I still cant. They ask you to login I did that then they locked me out of my own account.

A code came up saying youve been locked out after you do everything thats asked thats when they lock you out. Then you have to message a machine that keeps you going in circles.24-7

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I found the direct e-mail of Shopify's General Counsel and apparently she directly the company's minions to stop threatening me.

If you sell any branded merchandise whatsoever, even second-hand, THINK TWICE AND RESEARCH CAREFULLY BEFORE CHOOSING SHOPIFY. Shopify is extremely hostile to merchants who sell such products.

I contacted them and they deactivated my account, then deleted it, but I still receive their bills.

Just received an email that shopify has shut down their customer service department to better serve their customers with a 24 hour chat bot live on their platform but I'm here because the chat bot just suggests things and you have to have a merchant account to receive customer support... *** bonkers

My name is Princess Bulin. I have an hair extension business.

I set up a business profile and had a transaction made. All products were shipped out to the customer. Shopify asked me to provide proof of business and EIN with other documents requested. I provided them with everything they asked for and still the denied my account.

I was asking for reason for termination, I did not receive an answer. I had a 2,000 dollar sale that they have on hold and will not release it.

They do not have a contact number everything is done through email. It is a huge inconvenience.

I ordered on the shop app during Beauty week. The store I shop was called Ally makeup.

had 3 orders: Order#1002 DHL 470497**** Jumbo milk makeup primer $20.79 went to Seattle, Wa. Order #1005 DHL 470******** Full size Milk makeup primer $11.29 went to ROMULUS, MI . Order#1008 DHL 922107**** Pore Eclipse Primer $11.29 went to Ontario, California. I emailed them on 4/10, 4/11 and 4/15.

I received no response. I emailed Shop and Shopify last week. No response. And suddenly when you go to their store on the shop app their store isn't on there, no products, nor is there a url.

I want my all of my money returned. I live in Winterhaven Florida and my items went to 3 separate states.

Ally makeup is fraudulent. They should be banned from Shop.

THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL. I am a SQUARE user for life now after this experience.

I made a sale...as a trial and the next day my account was locked with no explanation. I have chatted in daily and every time I am told they have to wait for an email. They tell me they need more info from me...but no email ever comes. No phone number.

No transfer to different departments. RUNNNNN They hold your money!

I need a refund

No refunds on monthly payment plans as well as the run around for actual customer help and support. Shopify would not let me change my debit card to a different one so I could further try to stop this from happening again.

I deactivated my account. I will not be doing business with Shopify ever again. I didn't have enough money to pay both my rent and the payment for the monthly plan but since they force a debit card to be connected and forced auto payments as soon as there was enough money in my account they took their monthly payment. It's fine but I don't think that it cool or decent to not be able to stop the link between accounts if needed.

That should be an option.

Replacing the cards is difficult as they want to be able to receive those reoccurring payments even though they do not provide adequate support for new businesses who are working on their business from scratch rather than purchasing a set-up to sell business, that promote more of. So I'm done you won't have to worry about me.

The company linked to shopify I purchased from is called EcoRideCycles. Their url is https://shop.app/m/hwe2bz7cfd?bfcm_2022=true&r=0&utm_source=shop_app and I tried contacting them but their email and phone number does not work.

Today is day 3 past their processing day to ship it and I have not gotten any response on shipping. I also searched the address of the business but I feel as if it is false because it comes up as a medical practice place.
