They just stopped billing. They never refunded me for all the charges or what my bank charged In overdrafts.
I've tried to resolve you ridiculous extortion and you folks just can't get it right. Cease and desist.
Trying to charge me for yet a third store I never put in use. Have deactivated all that you said I have and still the saga goes on.
Robbers get jail time. I'm still trying to figure out who let's you get away with it
User's recommendation: Beware. Watch the dates and how soon they charged your bank. They say just deactivate your store I tried changing the name of the site and by the time they were done they told me I opened , it's up to four stores now. They will keep attacking you on your bank account ruthlessly. Note the timelines in the dates they charged me for my first trial after three days.

I do not have a Shopify account. I have never had one. So, please stop trying to take $39.00 out of my account.

Fraudulent account set up
Nothing has happened. Someone started a Shopify account using my email.
I don't know how much my personal information was used. But of course, you can't get ahold of customer service. Their AI support just tells you about how to reset the password to go through the steps of deactivating but you can't do that. If somebody set up the authentication code and a recovery code to use as a login which of course, I don't have because they set it up.
I'll talk to somebody in sales and they just proclaim.
They're not in customer support so they can assist me and tells me on how to go through the help center. There's nobody live there because they just rely on the AI to handle all of their questions ridiculous.

I attempted to make a purchase with Maelreg and was declined. Apparently, when clearing through Shopify, the information concerning my debit account was not accepted.
There is no reason for this to occur, as I have no problem with other companies. I tried to enter information every possible way to see if perhaps there was some error with Shopify. Could Shopify please inform me as to what area was causing the problem? If I need to speak to an agent to clarify the situation, could you please provide a phone number so that I may do so?

For some reason, my Shopify is set to a Canadian address and I can't change it until I delete Shopify payments. It's odd because I have never set up Shopify payments, so I can't delete it.
I am on a 7-day trial period and no one from Shopify can figure it out and they have no phone number to speak to an actual person. After seeing how limited their customer service department is, I would not be signing up with this company in the future.

My account has been closed for over a month, and someone is using it to pay for their account. Why is Shopify debiting a deactivated account?
I've already had to dispute charges, and they've debited my account again. How are they getting my debit information when I've changed debit cards?

The company will not respond back
I really don't know how to feel about Shop.com. They're really good at shipping your packages, but they partner with so many third-party companies.
When that company scams you and you can't get any information from them, then I have to look at Shop, their partner. I was scammed by this third-party app that Shop affiliates with.
