I recently ordered MTG cards from a website called Jakcards on MyShopify and I haven't received an order number or tracking number. I can't get into contact with the seller and was wondering if I got scammed from the website on My Shopify? I only received a confirmation number #FC4TDQ1M5.

The web page is frozen.
Have a phone to talk to someone on phone and get techs to fix the problem s with soft wear. I took three days to put information in your web site and all my pictures got lost.
I had over 500 pictures. Only 60 were there. And who changes soft wear in the middle of someone work on the web page?
Why can you find better program so people do not lose all that time putting on the net. Wow wee and I am new never seen this before.

Billed for closed store
I can't contact shopify about them still charging me. It's been months since I closed my store and I'm still being charged.
No way to get in touch with them either.
The live chat is useless just keeps repeating itself when you try to get connected with customer service. I want my money back and to stop dealing with them.

I am receiving several emails per day from your client companies using Shopify email addresses. I tried marking these as spam but they are dynamic.
I tried unsubscribing using the link in the mails but they just direct me to the item the emails are trying to sell.
I contacted the customer support for the companies but they did nothing.
All of these businesses use the same Shopify designed pages and all are using a list that was clearly supplied by you.
I am writing to you to request immediate removal from all lists that you are providing to these companies.
Please do and confirm by return that this has happened.

Verified ReviewerI got scammed on tiktok shop last month
By starting the refund process, I was scammed last month on the TikTok shop. TikTok wouldn't resolve the issue or attempt to retrieve the money that the scammers took.
I have proof that the goods were not sent because the TikTok shop cancelled the order due to the merchant not sending the goods. You can see from the photos that I uploaded, they were never sent to me because the merchant never dispatched them.
So, automatically, the TikTok shop cancelled it. I never received my refund and they have no intention of resolving this transaction.

Think again if you're considering using Shopify to host your company's retail website. The company potentially has the worst customer service in the industry.
They don't even have a number to contact them. We are a retailer generating over $2M in sales and still can't get support. When our Google email account was compromised, we could not reset the password on our Shopify account, and it took six days for them to respond. This is an urgent matter.
We are at day nine, and there is still no resolution. Very bad.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Have not received any payouts and no response from customer service in more than three weeks.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The payout to my checking account was finally deposited after a month or so of sales.
This number no longer exists. You can remove it from the site. I have not received any payouts since I opened this store and need my money.

Shopify has implemented a draconian "customer service" policy. You cannot reach any decision-maker or person with authority to resolve issues now.
Shopify used to be known for excellent customer service, no more.
There no way to reach a representative if one is locked out of their account it totally UNACCEPTABLE.
One MUST log in to reach any customer service options - being locked out one cannot reach ANYONE! Shopify must have hired META executives as their so-called system is just like Meta's.
It is now DAY 10 that both my stores are unaccessible for me to do business.

This is the latest lame excuse after 10 days, and I still have no access to my stores! Shopify Customer Service Agent: 'I've been in touch with our internal team, and they've confirmed that they received your documents for the removal of 2FA.
They are currently addressing your request and are working diligently to resolve this issue promptly. The best I can do here is go ahead and raise the priority for this so that the team gets back to you at the earliest.
